StMalo planning hopes for Valley
Next week, StMalo is hoping a planning application for new housing in Valley will be approved.
The proposal at Field Street is for 4 x 3 beds and 4 x 2 bed cottage-style houses units along with new access and shared parking to the rear.
StMalo originally lodged the planning application in early 2008 and negotiated over many months with Anglesey Councils' Planning Department to ensure the application was technically sound.
The Council has now listed the application 49C132B to be heard before the Planning & Orders Committee of 1st July 2009 with a recommendation to approve.
The foregoing potentially spells good news for first time buyers if planning is approved with the potential for a site start later in the year subject to pre-sales.
