Valley - Detailed Permission Secured

Anglesey Councils Planning & Orders Committee today resolved to grant detailed planning approval for 4 x 3 bed houses and 4 x 2 bed houses with communal car parking at Field Street, Valley subject to a S.106 legal agreement to cover the provision of a £5,000 contribution towards the A5 traffic lights.

The approval will allow StMalo to consider off plan sales primarily targeted towards the first time buyer market before considering a build commitment.
