Burgess proposal gets go ahead
Planning application 34C/614 ECON for 9,979 sq ft of A1/A2/A3 uses plus a total of 45 one and two bed apartments was approved by Anglesey Council's Planning & Orders Committee today.
This paves the way for much needed regeneration of Llangefni centre with a spectacular new development.
StMalo are in discussions with occupiers for the commercial space and are keen to secure known brands.
