Valley Mill proposal approved
An outline planning application for 48 units (family houses) was considered by Anglesey Council's Planning & Orders Committee today and approved.
The proposal paves the way to develop the site which is part of a strategic 5.5 acres of land the company owns which is located between the London to Holyhead railway line and the A5 London to Holyhead trunk road.
Demolition will follow soon to create the road access.
The company has outline planning permission for housing for it's entire 5.5 acre land holding at Valley.
