Llangefni property remodelling.

Works are set to commence at 10 Church Street Llangefni following Anglesey Travels’ closure of its retail business in August 2007.

The remodelling will include refurbisment of the entire ground floor retail and first floor apartment. The apartment will be redeveloped and offered on the market by way of long lease. The ground floor retail unit will be remodelledand offered by way of commercial lease. Construction completion is expected in March 2008.
