Anglesey Council completes infrastructure works at Llangefni.

Infastructure Works, Talwrn Road, Llangefni - Spur into Ty'n Coed land, fully serviced with water, gas and electricity [1] [2]

Infrastructure works since January 2007 at Talwrn Road, Llangefni have finally been completed. As part of a planning permission shared by Anglesey Council and Coleg Menai to provide a new school, integrated centre and construction centre of excellence the roundabout and associated infrastructure works have now been completed by contractor Dawnus Group Plc. As part of these works, StMalo negotiated a 17m spur off the new roundabout into its’ land holding at Ty’n Coed. StMalo currently have a planning application for housing and Extra Care accommodation on its land holding.
