StMalo acquire land in Valley, Anglesey.

Valley Market, London Road, Valley, LL65 3DP - land purchased from Scottish & Newcastle from Bull Hotel holding as dispute resolution [1] [2] [3] [4]

StMalo have acquired 0.42 acres of land from Scottish & Newcastle Plc in an amicable settlement over a long standing prescriptive right dispute. The land, forming part of The Bull Hotel carpark will augment StMalos’ existing 5 acre land holding in Valley where it is expected new homes will be built from 2008. The companies’ plans are fluid regarding its proposals for the land acquired.
