StMalo acquire land adjacent to Bryn Coed, Llangefni, Anglesey

Land acquired at Bryn Coed, off Benllech Road, Llangefni at (Williams & Goodwin auction 5th December 2006) for future housing development. [1] [2]

StMalo acquired a small parcel of land totalling 2.98 acres at the 6th December 2006 Williams & Goodwin auction. The land is within Llangefni’s growth zone and is earmarked for future housing development. The area is mainly family homes and any development is likely to continue on this theme.
