StMalo is granted outline permission for housing at Valley

Valley Market with site access afforded via newly acquired RJ Williams Motors on A5 London Road - site area 2.88 acres for starter homes. [1] [2] [3] [4]

On 6th July 2005 Anglesey Councils’ Planning & Orders Committee voted in favour of StMalos’ housing proposal on Valleys’ former cattle market site. The committee resolved to grant permission subject to a S.106 legal agreement covering the provision of affordable housing. The permission covers 2.88 acres of land including access from London Road via the former RJ Williams motors. A reserved matters application will be submitted once the legal agreement has been signed.
