St Malo buys from LPA receiver.

RGSS compound acquired from the LPA Receiver [1] [2] [3] [4]

StMalo have sucessfully acquired the RGSS compound on a long lease at Valley Mill from the Law of Property Act Receiver Parkin S Booth of Llandudno at “best bids” This has enabled StMalo to commence negotiations with the freeholder The Valley Mill Company Limited in the purchase of the RGSS Freehold and that of Valley Mill. RGSS went into receivership and the property lease was offered by Parkin S Booth as LPA receiver. StMalo aim to redevelop the land for housing.
