StMalo buys RJ Williams (Motors)

Former Shell PFS Garage operational from 1930's latterly RJ Williams Motors and bought in to provide site access directly off the A5 London Road into Valley Mart & Valley Mill [1] [2] [3] [4] [5] [6]

StMalo has added to its 2.54 acre land holding at Valley Market with the acquisition of RJ Williams (Motors) on the old A5 London Road, Valley. The 0.34 acre site has been a prominent feature in Valley’s London Road for decades but is likely to form an improved access into Valley Mart currently subject to a planning application for housing. It is anticipated that the land will be leased in the short term for car sales until such time as the housing development commences on the Valley Market land.
