Valley Market planning application by StMalo
A planning application has been submitted on Valley Market by StMalo for the entire 2.54 acre site to be redeveloped for housing. The site is currently used as a general retail market up to two days per week and operates in all weathers primarily under the former portal frame cattle shed. The application is for a change of use from general retail market to housing with an existing access utilised from Field Street. Anglesey Council have made requests for further information including surface water drainage, foul drainage, traffic impact assessment and flood consequences assessment for the Environment Agency. The information will be provided to Anglesey Council of the coming months. StMalo are likely to develop housing suitable for first-time buyers.
