A land parcel of 0.5 acres has been purchased at The Green in Tenby providing the company with a medium term development opportunity. Tenby is a beautiful seaside town extremly popular with tourists. A scheme is likely to be mixed-use retail and apartments however the property is currently leased as a car sales lot until any development gets under-way.
