Local homebuilder gives a leg up to first-time buyers

Five local first-time buyers could move into a stylish new home of their own by Christmas –as long as they’re quick! St Malo, the developer brand backed by local company Bob Parry & Co Limited, is showing off its first five units on 1st December 2007 at 11am, and demand is expected to be high.

Y Smithfield at 8 Church Street, Llangefni, is a contemporary conversion in a great town centre location, and will appeal to anyone keen to get a foot on the property ladder without having to move away from the area to find a place of their own.

Each of the five one-bedroom apartments is finished to a high standard, fully carpeted throughout, and feature polished chrome electrical fittings and hardware, a contemporary white kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and bathroom complete with bath and shower.
